Portal overview

The company portal lives at /portal. Here's what each section does.

Sections

  • Leads — every lead your workers have texted in. Filter, open the detail panel, change status, add notes.
  • Workers — your crew. Add, import (CSV), or invite by email. View any worker's dashboard. Edit name and phone.
  • Broadcasts — send a one-off SMS to all or selected workers.
  • Leaderboard — who's submitting the most leads this month.
  • Lead Routing — rules for auto-assigning leads to specific reviewers or teams.
  • Settings — company info, billing, integrations (Bullhorn / HubSpot / Salesforce), notification preferences.

Your Earshot number

Workers text leads to (571) 290-2966. That's also the number Earshot texts from, so have everyone save it as a contact called Earshot.

Who can access what

  • Company admins see everything under /portal.
  • Workers only see their own /w/<token> dashboard.
  • Superadmins (Earshot staff) see a separate /admin area for support — they don't see your day-to-day data unless you ask for help.
