Leaderboard

/portal/leaderboard shows who's submitting the most leads this month. Ranks reset on the first of each month.

How rank is calculated

A worker's rank is their position by qualified lead count for the current calendar month, across all workers in your company. Ties are broken by earliest lead time.

SMS gamification

When a worker texts in a lead that scores as qualified, the confirmation reply includes their current rank — for example: "Got it. You're #2 on the leaderboard this month." This nudges friendly competition without any admin setup.
