What is Earshot?

Earshot is an SMS-based lead intake tool for staffing firms and field-service companies. Field workers text leads they hear about on job sites to a single number — (571) 290-2966 — and Earshot's AI walks them through a short conversation to capture the details. The lead lands in your portal instantly, and when it closes, the worker gets paid.
