Earshot is billed per active worker per month.
What counts as an "active worker"
A worker is active if their status in your account is set to active. That's it — there's no SMS-activity requirement. Every active worker in your roster counts toward your bill, whether or not they've texted in the current period.
If someone leaves the crew or you don't want to be billed for them, change their status to inactive in /portal/workers. Inactive workers don't count toward billing and can be reactivated any time.
What you get
Every plan includes:
- Unlimited leads.
- Unlimited inbound and outbound SMS.
- All CRM integrations.
- Broadcasts, leaderboards, payouts, lead routing.
- Email support.

How to subscribe or change plan
- Open
/portal/settings. - Go to the Billing section.
- Pick a plan or update your payment method.
Billing runs through Stripe. You'll get an emailed receipt every month.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from /portal/settings. Your account stays active through the end of the current billing period.
