You're billed monthly based on the number of workers marked Active in Earshot. The math is simple: active workers × $3. No minimums, no setup fees, no per-lead charges, no contracts.
Is there really a free trial?+
Yes — your first 14 days on Earshot are completely free, with no credit card required. You get the full feature set so you can run a real pilot with your worker roster.
What counts as an 'active worker'?+
Any worker with status set to Active on your roster at billing time. Pause or remove a worker and they stop counting on your next invoice — you only pay for the people you're actually engaging that month.
Do you charge per lead or per placement?+
Neither. Earshot is purely per-active-worker. You keep 100% of the placement revenue and pay nothing per submission or per closed deal.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?+
Native integrations for Bullhorn, HubSpot, and Salesforce are included for every customer. Custom CRMs are supported via webhook on Enterprise.
Can workers really submit leads without an app?+
Yes. The whole point of Earshot is SMS-native staffing referral software. Workers text a shared number — (425) 500-1556 — from any phone, no app or login required.
