How you get paid
Your bonus, your tracker, your money. How and when payouts hit.
Here's the part everyone actually cares about: how the money works.
How your staffing firm pays
For every lead you text in that converts to a placement, you earn a bonus — currently up to $500 per lead. Some companies pay a smaller "submission" bonus too, just for sending a tip.
Where you track it
Your private profile page (the link your staffing firm texted you) is your tracker. It shows every lead you've submitted, its current status, and whether a bonus is pending or paid.
Status meanings
- New — just submitted.
- Reviewing — BD team is looking at it.
- Qualified — real opportunity, in progress.
- Converted — turned into a deal. Bonus queued.
- Junk — not a fit. No payout, no penalty.
When does the money show up?
Pending → paid timing depends on your staffing firm's payout schedule. Most firms pay shortly after the deal is invoiced. Check your profile any time — same as a package tracker.
How many tips should I send?
All of them. Bad tips cost you nothing. The workers who earn the most are the ones who hit "send" on every weak signal, every week.
