  • Payment information: Payout preferences, banking details (processed by our payment partners), and transaction history.
  • Communications: Emails, support tickets, and other messages you send us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and pages visited.
  • SMS metadata: Phone numbers, timestamps, message delivery status, and carrier information.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Authentication providers: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.

  • Communications: Send welcome texts, lead confirmations, payout notifications, leaderboard updates, and administrative alerts via SMS and email.
  • Authentication and security: Verify your identity, prevent fraud, and protect your account.
  • Customer support: Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Improvement and analytics: Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform, features, and user experience.

  • Within your organization: Company administrators can view worker submissions, lead details, and payout status. Workers can see their own submissions and leaderboard position.
  • Service providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors for SMS delivery (Twilio), cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform services on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
  • CRM integrations: With your explicit authorization, lead data may be synced to your connected CRM platforms.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to the same privacy commitments.
