Admin onboarding checklist

When you first sign up, Earshot guides you through the setup steps that most affect lead volume and quality.

Welcome email

The welcome email contains a 6-step checklist covering: inviting workers, configuring rewards and classifications, setting up the Field Academy, lead routing, integrations, and notifications. Each step links straight into the right /portal page.

Sidebar notification dots

The portal sidebar shows a small orange dot next to pages you haven't visited yet — currently Academy, Lead Routing, Settings, and Workers. The dot clears the first time you open that page in this browser.

Leads page optimization banner

Until your setup is complete, /portal/leads shows an optimization banner with the next recommended action. It disappears once the underlying setup is done.

Resetting

The visit tracking lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data restores the dots and banner.
