Stopping or restarting messages

To stop all texts from Earshot

Reply STOP to (571) 290-2966. You'll get one confirmation and then nothing else.

To turn them back on

Reply START to the same number.

Privacy

Earshot uses your phone number only to know it's you.
Your texts to Earshot are visible to your company admin (so they can work the leads) and to Earshot support.
Your dashboard at /w/<your-code> is private to you — don't share the link.
If your phone number changes, ask your admin to update it in the portal so your leads still get credited to you.

I'm not getting replies from Earshot

Check that you're texting (571) 290-2966 — that's the only number Earshot uses.
Make sure you didn't reply STOP at some point. Send START to re-enable.
If you're still stuck, tell your company admin and they can re-send your invite.
