When you signed up, Earshot texted you a private link that looks like .../w/<your-code>. Tap it any time.

What you'll see

• How many leads you've submitted and how many converted.
• Total earned + pending payout.
• The status of every lead you've sent.
• Where you rank vs. your coworkers this month.
• Your last 10 messages with Earshot.

Don't share this link — it's tied to your account and your earnings.

Lead statuses

• new — Just submitted. Your company hasn't looked at it yet.
• reviewing — Someone on your team is checking it out.
• qualified — Real opportunity. They're reaching out to the client.
• converted — Turned into actual work. Payout queued.
• junk — Not a fit (duplicate, already a customer, etc.). No payout.

When you actually get paid

A payout moves from pending to paid once your company closes the deal and marks the payout as paid in the portal. Payment method and timing depend on your company's policy — ask your admin.

Ask your company admin — they can resend it from their Workers page.
