Working leads

Open /portal/leads. New leads appear at the top.

The workflow

  1. Click any row to open the detail panel.
  2. Read the structured fields (client, role, headcount, timeline, contact) and the raw SMS the worker sent.
  3. Scroll down to see the worker's full conversation with Earshot.
  4. Change the status as you work the lead.
  5. Add notes for your own reference — your worker doesn't see these.

Status meanings

  • new — Just arrived. Nobody on your team has touched it.
  • reviewing — Someone is checking it out.
  • qualified — Real opportunity, reaching out to the client.
  • converted — Closed into actual work. A payout is created for the worker automatically.
  • junk — Not a fit. No payout. Use sparingly — even thin leads are a signal the worker is paying attention.

Response SLA

Move every new lead to reviewing or junk within 24 hours. Workers stop submitting when they feel ignored.

Filtering by worker

On /portal/workers, click the Leads count next to a worker to jump straight to /portal/leads filtered to that worker.
